These Terms govern your access to and use of Nova3D ("the Service"), provided by MPD.is. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Beta service
Nova3D is offered as a private beta. The Service is provided "as is" and may change, and features may be added or removed as we develop the product.
Your content
You retain all rights to the designs and data you create. You grant us only the limited license needed to host and operate the Service on your behalf.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to disrupt or breach it, and no infringement of others' rights.
Availability & liability
We work to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability during beta. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as described in our full agreement.
