Data Processing Addendum

For business customers who process personal data through Nova3D, we offer a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) describing roles, security measures, sub-processors, and data-subject rights handling.

Highlights

We act as a processor for content you put into the Service; you remain the controller. We apply encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and an append-only audit trail (see Security).

Email [email protected] and we'll send the current DPA for signature. Enterprise plans include a security review.
